This hotel was truly centrally located and the staff members in the reception were there at all the hours. The beds ended up comfy and the people in the hotel were usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was off and on, leave it like that in the end. Extremely awesome hotel and great location. I Certainly recommend Mercure Arras Centre Gare!

Me and my husband stayed at the hotel for 3 days for holidays to checking out the place. Mercure Arras Centre Gare is found in a really central position, it is clean and also the beds are incredibly comfy! There is just one matter I’d personally counsel heading ahead and that is to supply much more hotel amenities, shower gel in particular.
